PAYMENT
POLICY
The Leash Connection accepts Visa, Master
Card, Discover and American Express. We
also accept money orders,
cashier/certified checks and personal
checks for all purchases. Please allow 10
days to process checks. $20 service
charge for all returned checks.
FREIGHT
POLICY
All orders are subject to shipping and
handling charges. Standard method of
shipping is via UPS. A shipping charge of
$7.95 per order is charged.
EXPRESS
SHIPPING
We do offer next
day and second day express shipping on
orders. We charge exact shipping via UPS.
In the customer comment section of our
on-line order form you can request either
next day or second day shipping and
before we process your order we will
e-mail you the amount for shipping your
order.
RETURN
POLICY
All returns must be received by The Leash
Connection within 15 days of the original
invoice date on general merchandise.
Kennel Plus Systems, Remote Training
Collars and Bark Collars must be received
within 30 days of the original invoice
date. All manufacturer warranty
requirements must be met before The Leash
Connection will issue credits of any
kind. Please read all manufacturer
warranty information upon receipt of
products. No Return on video tapes or
books. No shipping charges refunded.

These Simple Steps To Avoid Any Delay:
1. CALL US...Before sending any item
back, please call us at (864) - 943 -
3300 or e-mail us at info@dog-training.com to
be issued a Return Authorization Number
(RMA#) all returns of general merchandise
must be received by The Leash Connection
within 15 days of the original invoice
date. Kennel Plus Systems, Remote
Training Collars and Bark Collars must be
received within 30 days of the original
invoice date. No returns will be accepted
or processed unless accompanied by a
valid RMA#.
2. PACK IT...Please
include a copy of your original invoice.
All returned merchandise must be in new
condition and resellable condition.
Include all original packing ( original
box, packing material, documentation,
etc.) Packages returned incomplete or
damaged will not be accepted. We reserve
the right to refuse returns that do not
meet the above conditions.
3. MARK THE
BOX...Clearly write your Valid RMA# on
the outside of the package. This will
speed your return and/or exchange. Items
without an RMA# will not be accepted.
RMA#'s are valid 15 days from original
invoice date.
4. SEND IT...All
return merchandise must be sent to us
pre-paid and insured. Items sent COD,
"freight collect" or
"third party" will not be
accepted. If sent by US Mail, it must be
sent registered return receipt and
insured.
5. All refunds will
be paid by company check.
